At Belmont Preschool we believe in open communication with all parents/carers and staff and are therefore presenting this fees structure in order to ensure that everyone fully understands our charging. Our fee structure is fully inclusive of all drinks and snacks. We are open for 38 weeks per year, closing on Bank Holidays and the INSET days when Barming Primary School is closed. Our fees usually include any outings, celebrations or entertainment that is in addition to our session activities and any charge will be notified in advance.
Fees are payable at the beginning of each term in accordance with the rates in force at the time. Fees will be reviewed annually. Any changes to current rates will be advised in writing in advance.
Morning Session (3 hours) £12.00
Afternoon Session (3 hours) £12.00
Lunch Time Session (20 minutes) £5.00
Illness / Absence
No refund will be given in the event of a child’s absence due to illness, holiday or other reason.
Children must be collected promptly at the end of a session. Should a parent fail to collect their child within 20 minutes of the session end, a late collection fee of £3.50 will be charged, and a further £7.00 for every half hour thereafter.
Fees are to be paid within 2 weeks of the invoice date. If you are experiencing financial hardship please speak, in confidence, to the owner/manager so that alternative payment arrangements can be made. If without negotiation, fees are not settled, we are left with no alternative but to withdraw your child’s place and if necessary take legal action to recover the amount owed. Children in receipt of Free Early Education will be unable to access any additional fee paying hours until outstanding fees are settled.
Invoices are settled by bank transfer only. We also accept company voucher schemes, please ask for further information if you wish to use this option.
Free Early Education
We are able to claim Early Education Grant money of up to 15 or 30 hours a week for children from the term following their third birthday. We are also able to claim under the Free for Two schemes for children who meet the necessary eligibility criteria.
